District 12 in Virginia is a newly redrawn district that encompasses a diverse range of communities, including urban, suburban, and rural areas. It includes parts of Chesterfield County plus Colonial Heights City and includes communities in Bon Air, Midlothian, Hallsboro, North Chesterfield, Moseley, Winterpock, Skinquarter, Ettrick, and Matoaca. District 12 is home to a growing population of young professionals, families, and retirees, and is known for its vibrant cultural scene, thriving businesses, and excellent schools.

Voting In-Person
In Virginia, all polls open from 6 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. An individual in line at the time polls close must be allowed to vote. Non-photo voter ID requirement went into effect in 2022, expanding the list of acceptable documents.

You can register on the same day as the election, but registering in advance can save you time.
